At least 1 year of experience in researching and/or developing training curriculum.

At least 1 year of HR, training, teaching, or instructor experience, preferably in a state agency.

This will include development of curriculum and instruction within the Learning Management System (LMS), and outside of it in both classroom and online learning, staff development and training. This position is responsible for developing instructional materials and educational content under the direction of a Staff Development and Training Manager and the HR Officer. This position also assists with creating, scheduling, and conducting training and staff development activities and staff of a state agency.

Conducts training and educates employers to ensure program compliance. Prepares reports pf findings and communicates those findings to the interested parties. Conducts investigations regarding potential Veteran’s Preference violations. This is work responding to inquiries and complaints regarding Veteran’s Preference. Tuition waiver available for State Universities and Community Colleges (up to 6 credits per semester).
